為什麼中秋節偏要烤肉不可？

說到中秋節The moon festival，一般人會想到什麼呢？
就是「烤肉」這二個字！到底中秋節和烤肉有什麼關係呀？


「相傳」在十幾、二十年前，萬家香醬油推出了一支「一家烤肉、萬家香」的電視廣告，然後隔了幾年，金蘭醬油又密集推出「金蘭烤肉醬」的電視廣告，除了電視廣告攻勢，加上頂好、家樂福、萬客隆之類的大型賣場陸續開幕，也『順便』在中秋節前夕辦起了烤肉相關用品與食材的特賣會。因此在眾多廠商的齊心合力之下，台灣人就在不知不覺中，開始把烤肉當成中秋節最重要的傳統活動、甚至是中秋節的唯一主角。可憐的中秋節的傳統吉祥物：嫦娥小姐被打入冷宮、月餅也不那麼重視，大家似乎漸漸淡忘月餅才真的是中秋節的主角食物。
